flaming ammunition

I saw a video on youtube last night about flaming ammunition, and it looked badass! I went to the sight that said it would tell how to build the great balls of fire, but that websight, and all the other websights i found didnt have anything about it, or they were blocked. I am thinking that a film canister, or pill bottle glued shut and filled with gas could possibly reproduce what i saw, but im not sure. To ignite it i would have a fuse glued into the top, and some steel wool over the top of that, but if anyone knows a better way for it to be done, i would like to hear about it, or if its like a forbidden topic i could probably use that information too. that was my second guess when i found so many blocked videos. anyway, i hope this is not in the wrong topic area. I just know the flame balls got shot out of a combustion cannon, so this might be a good place to post.
