Propane in Pneumatics?

Ok before I say anything...I DID USE THE SEARCH. I looked for hours and couldnt find anything so I"m asking.

is it ok to use propane in a pneumatic cannon or BBMG? I cant figure out how to get my paintball co2 tank to work on there so I thought i might be able to use propane but I didnt know if it would be safe. thanks.

Yes.

"Green gas", as used in many bb/airsoft pistols is just propane. It can be used in pneumatics also. Beware, it stinks very bad. If you're outdoors you could have a pilot light on the end of your barrel for a massive fireball..but that's very dangerous.

have any ideas for a SMALL propane tank using a female quick connect without having to use hose. I wanted to have it like a mini air tank and connect the hose seperately

Be careful on what you launch with it. Plastics tend to generate static electricity. A metal paintball barrel is one thing. A tennis ball in a PVC tube could provide a nasty surprise.

That propane graph is what caught my eye. Many trailer tanks survive trips to Death Valley and other hot places without venting. This is why I'm planning on building the 3 inch in a propane tank. 3 inch 200 PSI.. May be interesting.

there's this stuff I was gonna get for that. I think its called Static Guard. it works really well. my dad uses it at work. it eleminates ALL static. just spray it in the barrel

Most dryer sheets have it. Use it as ammo wadding a couple times.
