This of course is assuming a perfect conversion. The energy of 1 HP and the 746 watts are equal. Converting between them has losses.

A 746 Watt electric motor won't put out 1 HP of shaft power. Some energy will leave as noise, heat, vibration, air flow magnetic flux incuced currents in sourroundings, radiated RFI/EMI, Etc.

everything will fit. i measured it all out. if i wanted to i could even add another 36v pack.
