ok, here's a VERY simple one. make one where the user inputs the barrel diameter in either inches, cm, or millimeters, and the program converts it to caliber. Also, I'm not sure whether Visual Basic supports this or if you know how to do this, but It would be cool if it supported fractions, so Like I could say I have a 5/16" barrel and it gives me the caliber. As I said, I dont know If Visual basic can do this, but It's worth a try.

Here's a simple one:

A C:B ratio optimizer for coaxial cannons.

The user inputs chamber inside diameter, barrel outside diameter, barrel inside diameter, desired C:B ratio. Then, they supply either the barrel length, chamber length, or overall length, and the calculator optimizes the length dimensions for the correct C:B ratio.

I have this very same program on my TI-89, but it is currently lost. I could send you the equations by PM if you'd like.

Good luck!
