first piston valve

all metal using an old c02 tank hot gule piston leaks a little need help
would hot glue fix the leak for low pressure 20 to 100 psi

Yeah, if you would, try to give us the best description you can, and we will give you the best answer we can...

But from the info, you have either given or the info I understand, hot glue is not the option you should take. Hot glue may hold fine at 20 psi, but at 100 it will have already shot off. Try epoxy putty, since it's like clay, you can use it on any leak you may have, and it will most definitely have no problem at 100 psi... Right?

So you're saying that the piston is not sealing against the barrel port?

To take close up pictures, press the little flower on your camera, this is called macro mode.

Take a picture of the piston if you can too. Does it have a sealing face?

it has a sealing face piston made of hot glue seal face is inner tube from a bike tire held together by a nail.. i couldnt find a screw the right size
i am having a small problem tring to get it to seal ( i used 4 layers of the tire) i be posting pics more when i have time i am baby sitting right now


broke it :shock: :x :( cant fix til tuesday i cant believe it this is wat i get for being impaicent and tring use pvc pipe for a barrel i snaped the hose barb in half

Can't see anything again. Did you use macro mode?

Sounds like it could be leaking past the hole in the rubber where the nail is. Did you use a washer or is it just the nail?

just a nail this last picture of the broken hose barb i did use the mico mode ( the flower) i need more practice taking pictures but ya i got bored and it broke me being stupid
lol

there no washer it just hot glue and the nail i be talking pic of the piston for you guys when i get a new hose barb
