I'm spending time without a gender for tax reasons. It's great if I get hit in the groin, but a total nightmare in the bathroom.

More seriously, as jonnyboy alludes to, the few girls sites like this get tend to get unwanted attention from people, so their active time is frequently short-lived.
Sure, it's nice to see a girl in a guy's hobby, but in the end, it's another spudder. Treating them any differently because of their gender is, in its raw form, sexist.

I know a number of women across forums whose gender I personally know, but who maintain a male persona for the main site (which I am not inconsiderate enough to shatter) to avoid unwanted attention.

Thus the very reason this is a poll. I don't care who, just are there any.

Someone was saying there should be three bathrooms, male, female and gay. Sort of makes sense.

someone else was telling me in California, there's a lot of unisex bathrooms, and when you go in the stall, the glass is clear but when you walk in it changes to smoked.

A point I wanted to make but I couldn't find a place for it is that the attention KRN's cannons got was MASSIVE. Her cannons were nicely constructed but they weren't anything you wouldn't expect from your average spudder but her cannons got about 4 pages of comments. While this one which I think is equal or greater to KRN's has <1 pages of comments. And the triple thunder cannons only has the same amount of comments as KRN's basic combustion.

The general consensus appears to be male over a fair length of time. Female posters are few and far between, though several of my (female) friends did visit the site while I was helping them with a physics assignment. (to explain some laws of physics/chem, not to actually build guns)

Overall i would assume less chicks go on any sites but myspace and facebook and all the rest of this crap than men who look at something remotely useful to humanity(heck, we need spudguns for the zombies!)
