This is probably an extremely stupid question for all but i am new and do not have much nowledge on fans .. but were do you put the fan doesn't it get in the way when you but the fuel in ?

You put the fan about halfway into the chamber. It doesn't get in the way. The whole idea is for it to come in contact with the fuel and spread it around.

what is the point of a chamber fan? is it to remove the previous shots fumes?

I'm glad to see another cannon using a long nosed lighter as the ignition source.

I wish i had somewhere to get ABS pipe. My hardware stores don't sell it.
