Has anyone used one of these for their air cannon? its an open close diaphragm. They are used in low-riders to provide air to the bags.

I'm building a cannon out of 2" PVC pipe that is slide breech loaded with the expansion chamber on the bottom. Similar to an over-an-under shotgun. The pressure is regulated at 95-105psi in the chamber with 75 cubic inches of air space.

Thanks

A link to the valve would have been nice. A search brought up these;
BOSS X factor 2 position chrome plated 1/2" port max 250psi solenoid pilot driven diaphragm valve for customers who want performance and reliability above all else. Used in multiples for competition vehicles. Huge flow rate, 7w magnet, reliable high quality construction - 8 for FBSS
They are here; http://people.aapt.net.au/~AAPT_9189802/valves.htm

It looks like they are good to 250 PSI and up to 1/2 inch in size. Should work OK for small stuff. I've never built anything that small. I don't know the flow efficiency, but I doubt that they would beat a coaxial piston.
They may be a good pilot valve for a high pressure piston. :D
