I sanded mine for my last two launchers, a 2 inch and a 1 inch. The pipe is not seamless, but after sanding smooth it seals very well.

as for copper and aluminium pipe i cant solder but i know its not hard and aluminium pipe i cant weld at all only have a arc welder and not going to buy mig for one pump

you can always thread an alu pipe. IIRC psycix did that with no problems... well infact I think it must be easier with alu than with iron pipes

i don't have a out side pipe threader on don't want to buy some aluminium pipe. i put epoxy on the hole pvc pipe and sleeved it already ill finish it tomoz
