Create a topic and post the rules and stuff on there. Give us say, two months to finish our cannons and then judge. I think the prize should be a custom tital. But we must have a disscution on the rules once you post them, just to finalize everything and make sure it is fair. People could already start building their cannons so you must think of putting a twist in it to make sure everyone starts on the same day.
