I am making my first piston valve and the hot glue really just is not working out for me. I need something a bit more perfect. The hotglue has tons of air holes and doesnt slide great in the 2" Tee. Can anyone give me plans or a suggestion for a 2" piston that is not very complex? Its my first piston valve so i just want to get it right.

I think he needs something that fits in a tee. Try plywood disks held together with a bolt.
