Some of you may wonder what you have to do to get a Donating Member status. (if you don't know what i'm talking about look around at a post by Sgort87 or BCPneumatics to get an idea).

All that I require is a generous donation of $10.00 USD or more and you will have the Donating Member Status for life. Paypal is highly perfered but other forms of payment may be worked out.

All money collected goes towards keeping SpudFiles online (hosting bills, domain name, etc.)

Thanks.

What does donating member status allow us to do? Or is it just a cool thing to have under our name?

Right now it's just a cool thing that you can show off. You do get a custom title with it however, and if you don't already have the signature privlage you get that too (well, I give you enough spudbux to buy it).

However i'm open to ideas on what else you guys could get for it.

You should also give us the Title Changing ability. A few times I've seen typos in the title of a Topic. We should also be able to delete posts whitihin our topics. For example, I posted a really good idea on the site and it looked great, the next post by beebs was, "I don't get it..."

I think jrrdw meant the whole "Donating Memeber" title thing, but if not...

The "Donate" link is for spudbux and has nothing to do with this.

A cannon doesn't have to be amazing to be posted, it can be a piece of crap however people will let you know if they think it's crap.

And you can attach up to 25 images per post so i'd say up to about 10 or less is good but up to 25 if needed.

I donated a 10 spot by paypal a while back so yea i know we are talking about real money. After i donated the "[Donate]" under my member name in post's dissapeered, i assumed that was the aknolagement, (sorry about the spelling), but looking around i see the words "donating member" directly under the member name in the post, example : sgort87's post in this very thread. Don't get me wrong, i'm not trying to be a waaaaabeee or anything, i'm just wondering what the differances between members are? other then site modarators as opposed to members.
