Propane regulation with air regulator?
Can I use a pressure regulator designed for compressed air for propane?

you dont need to regulate propane, it is low pressure
actually, I am using it for a very specific purpose, so that is why I need it regulated.
You need to regulate propane when you need to deliver it at precise pressures, as when you fill a fuel meter on an advanced combustion.spudnutbutthut wrote:you dont need to regulate propane, it is low pressure
Yes, actually i am working on a new type of electrically actuated fuel meter for a hybrid, so I need specific pressures.

Yes, though it would void any warranty or claim on that product if something goes wrong. It would probably work fine.

It would however be advisable not to use a "relieving" regulator - that is, don't use one which will bleed off pressure in excess of the set pressure.
You could get away with it, but not venting propane everywhere would be a wise choice.

Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?
