need help with mag design for vortex

Umm,,,, put a ball valve on the mag?? fill mag.... close valve.... attatch mag... open valve.

Would that work?

Still, i have no idea how you would fill it....

EDIT:

Got it.... the end cap on the mag could be threaded.... and have the spring/plunger attach to it...

So, you fill it from the back.

see,.... that was easy.
