QEV Valve Help

I was looking to buy a "super-quick exhaust valve" from this website:

I have never used a QEV (or piston) valve and had some questions. If there is a page that explains these, by all means just refer me to it.
1. Which is the outlet for firing, as it has three?
2. How do you trigger it?
3. Are there any other sites I should look on that have better 3/4" QEV's?

on the diagram IN is where you fill, OUT is you chamber and EXH is where you would put you barrel.

you trigger it by letting the air that is behind the piston (the solid black thing) with a ball valve or blow gun
