I'm talking about one that looks like a paint ball air tank but made out of PVC pipe. Is there a way I can make one?

C'mon, you dont need help on that ?

Find the proper fitings, glue them together with pvc sch40 glue and voila!
Dont go over the pipe rating tough

They can be found in the plumbing section

Alright mate, let me make one thing clear. This isn't a chatroom, you didn't wait a full 5 minutes for an answer, we expect you to wait 24hours before double posting to get attention again.

Read the rules and a look over the site, we are happy for every new member but can do without those that ignore the guidelines we set up so that we can all enjoy this forum to the fullest.

Now as for PVC tanks, its simple enough to make provided you don't want to use some type of irrational pressure. Give us more details, and we might be able to help.

Been thanked: 1 time

lol it's not rocket science, you know... an endcap, pipe, then a couple of fitting and that's it

but don't pressurise it above the working pressure rating of the weakest component on it

oh sorry! :o umm i want it to be able to refill my gun just like normal air tanks and i want it to be able to hold at least 100psi. It has to be at least 3" pipe. I just dont want to go to the store, buy the fittings and stuff and find out that i sucks or doesnt work.

care to share the love? ( i mean where the tutorial is)
I'm sorry, but I'm really finding it hard to help out. As has been stated, these tanks are easy enough to make. Try designing one yourself and post up, and we can direct you from there. If you can't do this, you might want to consider another hobby, say Nerf...

You do realize that you can put the fittings together at the store. Why would you wait till you got home to glue it? I dont understand how you would need a tutorial for it, go to the hardware store, get some nsf pw sch 40 pipe and find what works i dont think it gets simpler than that.

May i ask what you are using this tank for? You wont get a lot of shots out of it due to the low pressure so you would be better off buying a 25 gallon refillable air tank.
Yeah, it's that important.

For purposes of this thread (and to save face with the OP), he has posted his design for an air tank, which makes this thread moot.
