U can always use the N2O out of the 12gr cartridges for making whipped cream,just an idea.might require a few of them but.

That project has been halted because my mom wont let me get NO2. Plus she is afraid that I will get hurt. She really thinks that that it is explosive but it is classifide as a non-flamable gas (ironic) and she wont let me get it because "It is a drug." she tends to look only at one proporty rather than its other uses.

hmmm... a hybrid rocket, did you see that episode of mythbusters with the hybrid rocket

you could always try a sugar powered rocket just because you can get all the stuff for it really easily without making your mom suspicious
