would this valve work as a sprinkler type valve and would you be able to pneumatically mod it?

and on another note is this a hand pump?its hard to tell by the pictures.looks sterdy and can go up to 230psi and its cheap :D

you connect it to a compressor.

yeah i thought so in the poic i couldnt see the compressor so i wasnt sure
