My first Pneumatic

Hey guys, I finished my first pneumatic the other day, and I've been shooting it non stop. So far, I fill up to about 50 Psi (I fill up a small air tank with our large compressor for ease), and it's pertty nice. I shoot potatoes, Ice slugs, and anyhting else that fits. It's simple and straightforward. 4' 2" SCH 40 barrel, and 4' 4" Chamber. Fills up with quick disconnect and ball valve. Fires with a ball valve. Threaded barrel and chamber.

looks good for a first pneumatic. nice and simple.

also if the ball valve is loose enough you could try a spring and pin to pull it open faster.

Yeh nice cannon you should try get some of those big fishing sinkers and make a shot gun with it and watch the pentration aswell it will blow that ply away.Whats the range with it?

Dont know the range yet, I'm guessing when I pump it up to 80 PSI it will be extreme. :twisted:

HOLY SHIT. I just shot a bunch of lead sinkers. OH MY GOD. I DESTROYED that piece of wood. Damage pics soon. I shot a potato diagonally over the woods at 80psi. It hit the elementary school parking lot-

about how far is the distance from where you shot to your school? that looks to be a very long way.............

but be careful with that gun, you could poke someone's eye out with that thing! :lol:

i almost hit a car moving at 55 mph with a frozen soda bottle, it prolly landed 20 feet shy of the car. :shock: now i don't fire my guns down the highway quite as often. :P

I'd say maybe 175-250 yards. I didnt mean to hit the school. I happened to be riding by and see the potato there. :]


I thought I shot it into the woods, but I guess I had a better angle.

nice cannon,you guys are all lucky my parents didn't want me building a combustion(mind you i did anyway when they went to Aussie for a holiday. 8) )
and now i have to secretly build a GB pneumatic with a 4" chamber,
