Just made this because I was bored, I haven't tried before and thought it'd be interesting. Really not hard to make at all, I mixed 250g of gelatin to around 1700mls of water. Can't remember the exact number but it is the same ratio SpudBlaster15 has used before. Took 8 hours to set.

I might shoot a few BBs or pellets at it before I blow it up with a golfball. If luck goes my way, i'll film it in HD with a $10,000 camera. If we can get enough lighting, we'll increase the shutter speed to 1/10,000.

Anyway, not really much discussion behind this. Just thought more information on the forums is better.

I have no idea the model of the camera, is simply looks like the one above and I know it can film in HD and at 10,000 frames a second. :P
I hear that brand new it was closer to $13,000 (NZD).

Next batch you mix up should be cheery flavored, and add some noodles and fruit cocktail for effect! :P Yummy...

Holy shite, that's a hell of a lot... are you certain of those numbers? I can't see a camera that does that being available for a mere 10k

Or do you mean in HD or at 10,000 fps...
I wonder how much deeper the ocean would be without sponges.
Right now I'm having amnesia and deja vu at the same time. I think I've forgotten this before.

Yup, that's the one. I've never tested the 10,000fps on it before though.

Melted the last block and made a 4 litre block instead. I'll film a golfball impacting it this weekend as long as the weather is decent and i've pressure tested the V.A.L cannon since today I removed the stock and glued on an end cap.
