Does anyone out here know if the Rain Bird CP100 valve is suffient valve for air valve @125 psi. Seems to me that it is slow opening.

Does any one know why my rain bird CP100 1 in line valve sounds like a air horn? Is it because i have no did the valve mod yet?

Thanks, I fix the honking by putting the rod back in the vavle. I also had the same problem with pvc shavings as you did.

First of all, I was told that modding the valve doesn't get rid of the 'honk', instead they told me it needed to be lubricated. So, today I bought...
