Check out hobby shops. They usually have small brass and aluminum tubes. You can also use steel brake line. Just get it at any auto parts store. There are different sizes of break line, i think they make 1/4'', which is what you would want.

1/4 brakeline for .177 caliber 4.5mm bbs, and 9/32 for airsoft, many hobby shops have brass tubing
That is all.

Ace should have brass/aluminum tubing to fir your needs but, I would recommend not using tubing but going for an actual airsoft barrel. It will increase efficiency, accuracy and power.

It's my bbmg and I can assure it works but, I'm not quite sure what you mean about the blowgun being flushed.[/u]

I tried to get as flush as possible and it is pretty close but, it looks off in the picture. It is also not a huge deal as long as it is close.

My attempt at a vortex cap, its easily rips through cans, take a look at the videos, I have no idea of the FPS.
Good Luck
That is all.

You don't attach the barrel to a cap, you use proper fittings to get it down the the correct size for your barrel, and use a compression fitting if you barrel doesn't have threads.
