so about a year ago i had a great multi-shot, spring powered ball valve airgun but it broke. what happened is that the barrel i used was made of DWV (dumb dumb dumb) and it broke right on the threads, leaving the threads stuck in my ball valve and making it pretty much useless.
so yesterday i was looking at it and i decided it needed life again so i shaved out as much of the DWV as i could and poured in some lube, then jammed a 1/2 inch copper barrel in. then i added a bottom barrel support for good measure and saftey.
YES I AM AWARE THAT THE REAR BALL VALVE IS DWV AND I DO NOT TAKE IT OVER ITS PRESSURE RATING
now since copper tubing is a little smaller than DWV my results have increased like adding a tight bore barrel would do.
the multi shot system is pretty primitive, using two ball valves in a row i can shoot with out recharging the whole gun, but its lowerin power
i hope to add the spring setup again for increased performance but as is now the leverage handle on the front ball valve does the job anyway.
my main ammo is AA batteries. i which i can split a board in half on multi shot mode. full power is amazing

cheers

sorry about the poor sound in the video. it is actually really loud. and the only reason why i didnt keep rolling the whole time was to put the board(s) back up

You keep saying "DWC" and its "DWV". Stands for Drain Waste Vent. That ball valve isn't DWV, I use the same kind on mine and it says "150 PSI" on the side of it, so it should be fine. What I am worried about it that you use 140 freakin psi in the video, which is dangerous with your gun considering you heated the pressure chamber to bend it, unless that is one of those fancy bendy fittings. I also don't like that type of schraders, I always use threaded, but many people have used that method without failure, so it's ok. Good job, it's kind of like me and Reedfe's multi shot breal barrel airsoft shotgun.

oh thanks about that mistake i will change it. and it is just a fancy bendy fitting i bought. it makes a very comfortable cheek rest, in a fg42 kinda way. and i can never find any threaded schraders sadly

The Mouse Musket is retired and donated to a science department at a school due to a crack in the chamber.

The flat batteries are from the Marshmallow Cannon with a 1/2 inch barrel screwed on.

I need a higher pressure compressor. In theory, the Marshmallow Cannon can exceed 250 PSI.

I love shooting AA batteries, I use a plastic coffee can to collect all the spent disposable batteries in the house.

I shot a few recently, I photographed a carcass here:

Incidentally, this was a heavy duty cell. Alkaline batteries are heavier, and distort less, but if you want something frangible, use a heavy duty (dry) cell, they are a bit lighter, and you usually won't find all the pieces after it's shot. they come apart so easy.

Crazybuilders has since removed their forum due to the battle with spam and in the process my build there is gone. I may have to showcase it here.
