Hi
i found this site a few weeks ago and its been great inspiration for my 1st rifle -
my final outcome will hopefully be something like this -

but obviously nowhere near as nice looking. lol
any advice regarding valves and trigger mechanisms would be great and ill try to keep pics coming as i make it

Wow, good luck with it! I would love to see some pictures! For a first air rifle, that may be kind of difficult, but even so, have fun with it!
haha yeah, getting tools and materials is harder than i thought too as i am currently at uni and most of my equipment is at home.
so far im making do with some brass plumbing parts and some steel pipe.
i have been playing round making the valve first, and its not overly complicated, i think it will be hard to make 100% air tight though.

hammer valve ? could build one of those, or piston which are probly easier, then get a regulator ? would be pretty hard for a first gun but as long as you know what your doing youll be alrite

By the way the Spanish guy wasn't me and he was the one who got me into building hammer valves and he was very helpful to me when i was building mine

@ Link=UN= - the trigger is made from perspex that i found scrap in the school bin. For the striker i made it from a metal pipe, Here is an image of all the parts i used to make the hammer part:

The little piece of wood with holes in it is my end cap and the Gray thing with a phillips head screw on it is the striker

Check out this project by Antonio, itu ses a similar inline hammer valve to the stealth/talon design.
