These are old Scepter tubes, however 40mm and other size cardboard tube and plastic plugs can be used. I will post some links for places to order that and the tubing.

. Lowes as the tubing at 1.50 a foot. I use to shoot these from my 2 inch bore cannon. These thing are pretty hard when full so I definatly wouldnt use in a game of paintball.

I forgot that these instructions only shows tying two knots. You can also insert an airsoft BB into one end as a plug. When it impacts, the BB pops out and the fluid sprays from the pressure that the tube provides.

Regarding paintball. the BB version up to 2oz. was tested by OSHA for the defunct Scepter corporation. They shot these directly at players wearing paintball masks and determined that it was safe at 100 fps with that weight.
