Air tank sealing problem.

I dont even have a welder or torch >.> But I will check it out tonight when my dad brings it home... I will clear it out with water and get rid of the oil and stuff. I wasent really thinking 300 psi, but if it can reach it then I will try, but I dont know of an air compressor near me that I can use to reach 300 psi. By purge gas what do you mean? I was planning on using it for my rifle air tank.

Edit, I just thought of this too. How would I install a schrader valve from a bike into a plastic water bottle. I cant use the lid because I am using it for a pvc attachment that will allow me the use of making it a cloud bbmg.
