gluing pvc pipe and fittings

can you glue pvc pipe to , i dont know the name but the fittings are black. It is not abs pipe and fittings.

i have a smilar plug that threads into a pvc connector piece. Is this okay to glue it in place?

that looks like Polyethylene pipe, if it is no you cant use pvc cement. use ptfe to seal thread

thats the one i was looking for,
is it possible to get 50 mm threaded pvc plugs?
all i can find are 50mm dwv push caps
