which co2 reg should i buy

I have have an vortex block bb gun and i have been running off my friends air compressor for a while but i have co2 tanks and i want to make it portable I have seen many co2 regulators and people on spudfiles have sent me links but i would like to see a co2 regulator thati know will work and a setup if i cod get a link to one that would work that would be great.
