What will have better performance???

Cannons powered by pneumatic pressure (compressed gas) using a valve or other release.

It won't matter but theoretically the flow is better on an inline. An old member Clide built an inline piston valve and saw no improvement over a normal over/under piston valve. But, the compactness of an over/under allows use of a longer barrel and chamber while still retaining the same overall length as the inline counterpart, which very well makes up for the tiny bit of performance lost due to the bend in the air flow.

Doesn't matter, really. Technician1002 will probably say something about the flow restriction through the bend between chamber and barrel due to the bend, but it's almost insignificant.
