I just modded a rain bird cp-100, and i clogged up the solenoid holes and the bleed screw hole,
My main question is when i got done putting the the brass fitting to connect the blow gun, then i took out the brass fitting to put back into my other gun, i realized the spring came through the hole i tapped,
will this make the valve act weird?
I dont think it will , the brass fitting is keeps in down
Hopefully is wont hurt, What do you guys think?

If you drilled the hole right, then all you should of had to do, at the most, is teflon the nipple!! If the hole you drilled is too big, make it so you can put a 3/8 to 1/4 inch adapter in it, or plug that hole all together and start over where the bleed screw is/was..
