My latest projectile accelerating project.

250 fps with 20mm steel dart, bulpup magasine fed.

I will post work progress and more develloped schematics later. For now, I simply dare anyone to find how it works - If you've understood the sabot discard of my M82A1, it will help.

I'm guessing the orange bit is a sabot arrestor which seems to be attached by a rubber band, and the sabot then falls out of the lower gap at the muzzle?

Yes, but not exactly.

The cocking notch behind the Red Dot has a draw of 40 centimeters, pulling with him the grey piece next to the orange coupling.

ohh I see - BTB/psycix style suppressed spudgun (hence SD)

what did you use ? a solid ruber piston ?

Not quite it, PS, it rather is a flechette crossbow. SD stands for Sabot Discarding.

But with work progress it'll all come clearer.

You not using air then ?

I'd have guessed it was using an air ram on top to launch the sabots in the lower tube.
