We don't 'spoonfeed' here at Spudfiles, not only because we don't like repeating ourselves/basic designs but also from a safety standpoint.
If you can't figure out how to make a particular cannon, you shouldn't be spoonfed the plans. Start simple, get some experience and work your way up to more advanced designs when you understand how to make them.
Of course, we will help you with questions when trying to make a cannon if it is clear you have done your research and have checked the forum to see if your question has been answered before.

Just to give newbie a slight push in the right direction, something like this is relatively easy to put together with readily available and cheap parts, without the need for specialised tools beyond what one would normally find in an average household:
