Okay I am now a little experienced with pneumatics now. My gun is working perfect an I want to plan my next gun. I'm feeling like having an all metal gun with a sniper look. However, I am not going to make a wood stock or buy one. It will run using the semi auto qev assembly(post the video if u will) but I dont understand how I will refill the bottles up. I plan to set the qev up to 100psi each shot. My compresor goes up to 150psi and it's not portable. My gun needs to be portable. So what will I use as an air chamber?

A CO2 bottle, and regulator should be fine for a pressure source. But depending on what your ammo is, I don't know what pressure I should suggest.. What will your ammo be?

Guys I'm sorry I need to think before I post, this will launch zinc coated copper bb's.

Hmm I'm looking at them and they are very expensive is there any way I can get a reliable air source?

Couple of large fire extinguishers in a flame thrower tank style set up, charge them up to 150, then regulate down to what ever you need. If you have a small chamber, then it will last for awhile.

I want my gun to fire 100psi each with 5bb clip.

How much psi will it take to get a copper bb going at like 500fps?

With a true 4.5mm ID 25 inch long barrel and 110 psi I got about 400fps with steel (the "copper" BBs are steel) BBs.

If you want better performance, buy a shock pump that can go to 300-400 psi. You only need a small chamber, say one cubic inch, and it will be portable.

Both sides of the piston should be the same diameter or air will push the piston back.

Btw.... I need my design to be simple and completely found in stores... How can I make this happen in a compact pistol size?

Cleaned things up a bit..

Pistol size and capable of 5 shots?
You're going to need a valve that will not dump all of the chamber volume.
As you are using bb's as ammo I'd say you are best off with high pressure and a hammer valve..

(Sorry SB15, but that is the logical choice.
:D )

New thought scratch the pistol and bb concept. I want to build a thing I can make. I need to start in my comfort zone which most people will agree with. All these posts of me saying "Hewp me pwease" will cease. Those are very annoying posts I made. I will only make logical posts from now on. I was wondering how can I make a hand pump to attach to my guns to pump directly from that. The pump at my level can not exceed 200psi which is reasonable. Due to the high chamber volume the pressure will have to exceed 60psi and reach a maximum of 150psi if possible. The concept of the new gun is very simple for a quick loader. A breach loaded gun(sleeve) with a ballvalve connecting it to the stock which is connected to another ball valve and the chamber. All together when the chamber valve is open the air will escape into the stock. The valve is then closed and the barrel valve is opened and pressure is released. I was wondering how big would the stock and chamber need to be and how much pressure would be approximate to fire a nail dart completely threw a splintered fence rather than going in like my Ghetto thunder (80psi 2' barrel 1' chamber 10psi loss .50cal). Also what would the sleeve be?
