Piston not working good

hey guys, I just finished my airgun and Last night it didn't work at 80 psi, but today it worked at 145, but I re-tryed it at 100 and it doesn't work, air leaks in the barrel, Anyone know what could be wrong? I'm guessing it's my piece of crap piston. Thanks!

The problem is most likely the piston. You'll want one that fits snugly, has a clean, squared-up sealing face and is not a marshmallow.

Thanks for the reply, I laughed so hard at your post. I think I will build with a threaded shaft, some washers and o-ring.s. what kind of o-rings do you use? Thanks!

Use a rubber sanding drum as a piston you can get them at harbor freight for cheap money, they havnt failed me yet at over hundreds of shots!
