I'm looking for some suggestions for 2" Ammo

I built a fairly simple 2" barreled pneumatic spud gun awhile back and I've been unable to come up with any creative ideas for ammo. I'd prefer not to have to spend 8 dollars + shipping for a single round, I just want something cheap I can reuse that gets good range. Any ideas?

Incredible, there's a whole board dedicated to this topic, with a 23 page thread on ammo ideas, and yet some people miss it!

It's as if people don't even use the search engine, or even look at all the boards before they post.
