built gun, can't make it work

I built my gun, and I can't make it fire. My barrel is 4 ft and my chamber is 2 feet long. My ignition system is a flint spark for a lantern located at the bottom of the gun. What's the deal? Is my chamber to long? Please help me.

umm, what are the diameters?? u prolly just dont have the right fuel mix.
i got connections with the modfia, watch who ur talkin to noob.

too much fuel, air the chamber out between attempts, and go from a small amount of fuel to a very large one, see when it fires best
