Help with toolie piston

If your looking for piston ideas, use a rubber sanding drum. I swear by them and you can pick them up for cheap money. Slap a neoprene washer on the front along with a washer the same size on the front and back with a bolt through it and a nut to hold it all together and you got yourself a awesome piston. I saw some of your posts about using sanding drums about a month ago and bought one to try but never got around to it. I could slice off a piece and trim it down to fit the 1.939 I.D. of the schedule 80 pipe. I'm not quite sure how to do the trimming. It might be easier for me to trim down a thin washer. And by easier, I mean my nephew will do it for me on his lathe. Can't get any easier than that.
