I just wanted to share my good experience with the service at ultimatespudgun.com.
peeps only hear when service is crap, and never when we are satisfied.

I must say that the service Mike have given me is exellent. Not only when i bought parts and lef my gold there , but also when there where problems with a part malfunctioning. New part sent the same day.

yeah..
it was litterally burned out .. .. seems like there have been some un intentional fueling of the chamber holding the ignitor inside the main chamber.
(mike @ ultimatespudgun's theory), and the theory seems plausible

if its the heat from open flame, or condensation after the flames making the coil corode, and short circuit is not sertaint, but ill do some tweaks to the ignitor chamber, and see if it helps .


ill post up some pics of the old ignitor when the new one arrives
