Anyone able to help me build Cobblers marshmellow gun-Piston

I have recently constructed cobblers marshmallow gun, COPIED EVERYTHING AND AIR WENT RIGHT OUT THE BARREL!, got me angry lol. So I am wondering if anyone has a simple design for me to make a piston air gun. Preferable 1/2" barrel.

The idea generally is that air goes out of the barrel

It sounds like your piston isn't sealing, could be a number of reasons - posting pictures will help us help you

If you want a simple solution, a 3/4" or 1" sprinkler valve will offer excellent performance for a 1/2" barrel.

Yeah I have won that is already moddified for my tennis ball cannon, it is a 1" sprinkler valve with a blowgun and jb weld in the solinoid valve spot.

But does anyone know how to make a piston air rifle or is it a good idea to not use PVC for these smaller guns?

For smaller guns, I highly recommend a commercial QEV:

dead cheap and very effective, and it saves you the heartache of making your own piston valve with limited tooling and materials.
