Its not offtopic, Its talking about igniters in the endcap just like the O.P.
Lets say you do have it in the endcap, you could use it to shoulder fire just put your shoulder into it.

Pull back. Bang.

You could also put your ammo in first, in stead of the propane, or whatever you use.
Sometimes after some firings, usually after a bad shot, there is still some vapors in the chamber.
