Hey guys, i was looking through eBay and was wondering which 3 way i should get. One has two holes and the other has 3 which kinda confuses me, so i was wondering if you guys can help, also im surprised they don't make the holes any larger for fittings compared to slide valves. I hate the small fittings because they always come loose or they brake easily

You need to make sure its a normal open valve i couldn't see it in the description so id msg them before buying, if you get a normal closed one you will have to hold the trigger down to fill and let go to fire not very fun.

The one that has two threaded hole just pilots via a unthreaded hole, but if you want to use the pilot air for something you need the 3 port type, its up to you what one you want, also the cheap Chinese ones your looking at there don't handle pressure very well and start leaking at 200-250 psi.

Yea, iv got some at home but they are all sheet and brake very easily and its hard to keep them in the one position, so i was thinking of buying a slide valve and make some sort of trigger for it and have a spring so it returns back to the fill position.

Heres the one i have: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/2-Position-2 ... 573wt_1139

And they suck balls!

honestly i wouldn't go for the slide valve they work fine but are really annoying, if you want a good 3way get a clippard MJVO-3 IMO best 3way out there for this.

Been thanked: 1 time

both of them look very similar and they are both chinease valves - that's why they are so poorly described :D

IIRC someone has bought and used some chinease valves... any idea who was it ? wasn't it you wyz ?

anyway ask them I can't really tell you much about them - both of them seem to be universal 3 way valves (so they can be used as either normally open and closed valves by switching the ports)
regardles of whether they are 1/8" or 1/4" they should be good enough to pilot anything up to 1/2" QEV

Yap, and I´m a happy owner :D . They leak, but easily repared, currently using them around 300 psi.

It doesn't get any better than that. You can also add on a thumb actuator or a simple button for a trigger.

 Even if it is normally open you can just connect it up differently.
