Does anyone have suggestions for some good flight simulators? I've looked into DCS A10, Microsoft's flight sim's (Not what I want), and flight gear. I've ran into problems with flightgear, models not loading and various others, DCS A10 is great, but its only one plane, and Microsoft's sim is really cartoonish for my liking, and too many arcade type objectives. Any suggestions for a simulator that you actually have to go through a process of flipping switches to start up then plane and that sort of thing? Something realistic? Thanks for input.

Try out FreeFalcon.
It has very realistic controls in cockpit.

Check out other videos by Søren Dalsgaard, really nicely done.

If you want to run Cliffs of Dover, make sure your PC can take it.

Cool, I'll look into it. And my PC can take it, I've since had it upgraded majorly, I had the hardest time running minecraft for awhile, now I can run stuff like Crysis 2 and nearly max settings.

I remember playing the old Falcon 4.0 (What FreeFalcon and the likes are based on) and it was quite realistic. You couldn't flip every switch, but there there were plenty you could. Landings were tough and refuelling was a nightmare if you hadn't practiced a lot. If FreeFalcon's as good then I imagine it's the sort of thing you want.
I wonder how much deeper the ocean would be without sponges.
Right now I'm having amnesia and deja vu at the same time. I think I've forgotten this before.

Here is an example of some of the jets that can be flown in FreeFalcon if you are still interested.

X-Plane 10
It is a great simulator with a built-in plane editing and plane making tool. It also has an online community with around 4,500 planes (helicopters, rockets, cars etc.) for free and a few planes you can buy. The sim even has an AI feature allowing you to fight other planes (combat), fly with them or even have the AI fly your plane.
