I think we have a member with the name fighterace as well. Have seen that gun unfinished, not the finished product through.

Y'know, we don't mind buildlogs here either. I do have one question for you though. Why the heck didn't you just mill the Picatinny rail too?

To answer both of your questions... my mill is actually a hand router. Bosch POF 1200 AE to be precise. I can "mill" stuff only because I've built a special table for it
I'm currently looking into replacing the paper cones with shrink tubing. However with the ever restricting gun laws in this country I'll probably just go with .50 cal paintballs and airsoft BBs.
