You must be doing something wrong, almost every single member has this program running on his PC.

Post the exact error message. In fact take a screen shot while the error mesage is being displayed and post the screen shot as a file attachment.

My guess is that you didn't download all the files, or you moved the exe without the appropriate accompanying files. I'm a game programmer and I've found that if you move an exe without the savegame file, if the game is expecting the sav. file, it will crash.

Try completely uninstalling it, then re-installing it. That error means that it the program is looking for a file common to Windows, but can't find it. The most likely problem is an installation problem.

Well, it depends. Find the folder the program installed in. It should have an uninstaller program that you just run. If it doesn't have one, you should be able to just delete the folder and then re-install.

I'm not responsible for anything that happens as a result of taking this advice.

I used the "destination" window to create my destination folder, you (or who ever) can do it either way, by way of written instructions or follow the video.

Download the GGDT.zip to your desktop>create a new folder on your desktop and call it "GGDT_1">double click the GGDT.zip folder and a window should open with 1 folder in it titled "GGDT">double click the GGDT folder>double click the application file titled "GGDT4.6" and a action window should pop up>click "extract all" and make sure the destanation folder is "GGDT_1">double click the GGDT_1 folder>double click the application file titled "GGDT4.6 a action window should pop up>click run and the GGDT should open for use.

I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate SP2.

I'm thinking about getting this for during the winter break, from the reviews I found it's nothing heave duty but you get what you pay. I also thought about a 3D printer and I'm still choosing between these two. 3D printer it's easier to make parts with hollow sections (a custom hop-up chamber per example) and gears but it's limited to ABS. The other one will be a lot more difficult to make such things but I can use a lot of materials, like nylon, acrylic, wood and aluminium also I can do some cool engravings on my airsoft guns.
Both aren't exactly gun making helpful but I need to get into 3D modeling and CNC machining. So they make good practice tools and I can possibly make some extra cash with them (I receive orders for the hi-cap gas mag faster than I can make, having these machines to make some parts for me will reduce time consumption)
Any thoughts?

Id go the route of making your own 3-axis mill or printer. You can build a printer for less than $300 with not too bad specs.

I built a custom extrusion and gantry system for Boeing research a few years ago - you'd be surprised at how easy some of these things come together.

Search for 3d printer (or mill) on Instructables. There are several that people have designed for cost effectiveness.

Yeah already did, I can get a set of 3 to 4 step motors plus control board for around 300 and modify my mill. But I'm really nob about electronics so it's quite a risk for me to DIY...Will keep looking into it though, thanks.

While back i posted pics of modded 4" PVC parts for a 3" combustion spud cannon. Well I'm still looking for 4" (actually 110mm) pvc pipe that's rated at least 10 Bars but haven't found any.

I could get this size SS pipe VERY easily but I have no idea of a safe way to attach it to the PVC parts. Would it be even possible to attach them to SS pipe in a safe way?
