I have an ABS cell core cannon with 4" chamber and 1.5" barrel, propane injected, that's been used for 500+ shots with no problems at all.

Just my experience though. Don't blame me if it doesn't work for you. However, if ABS does fail, its very rare for it to shrapnel. It usually cracks quite clean.

Peace,
Pete Zaria.

Ok awsome cause i got around 6' of 3" ABS cell core hmm would making the barrel and chamber the same width make it suck or does it matter?

Barrel should be smaller than the chamber.
If it is the same size you have horrible performance.
Especially in combustions.

my pneumatic inline cannon has the same diameter barrel as chamber, and can shoot 1000 yards at 150 psi

In that case thats why he couldnt submit his cannon.
But it doesn't.
He is a 12 year old with a ballvalve cannon that can probably lob a nerf football about 80 yards.
Its a big world for a small kid.
