breech loading

in the breech loading section on the how-to it tells you you require a lathe or a dremel tool i have neather there a lathe at school but i dont think they would appreciate me using it. my question here is could i use a bench disc grinder (it what i used to sharpen the end of my barrel)

do u mean the part at the end? if u dont have a dremel, use a file to remove the "ring".
