G&G GR15 airsoft BB's getting stuck in barrel PLEASE HELP!!!

My G&G GR15 raider shoots out bbs on semi and auto, however after about 5-10bb’s it stops shooting them out- still makes shooting sound and air comes out so it is working but the BB’s get stuck in the barrel. I un-jam them and then the same thing happens again.. Should I lubricate the barrel? What can I do to fix this?????

I tried 4 different mags and the battery is charged..

what else can I do to fix this?

Please help, I'm having a hard time finding any info about this issue...

Where exactly in the barrel get stuck. Posiblle in the hop-up system ?

Yes it is getting stuck in the hop-up, how can I fix that?? Also, the barrel seems a little loose and I have tried to tighten it, is that normal and is that causing the issue?

There is something wrong in the hop -up if you say they get stuck there......unset the hop-up . Maybe you tighten it up to much..
