Ok so i build my first cannon combustion tryed it and it worked=]

Shot twice then when i tryed third it wouldnt light the propellant (yes spark is working)

But when i open the cleanout and spark it lights and flames come out the back.

Why wont it light when cap is on.

1. Too little or to much fuel
2. You need to vent it after each shot, adding a chamber fan will help with this.

Thank you but each shot was at different time so i think it would be option 1 how much spray do you reccomend using axe right now.

Just depends on your chamber. Expermenting is the best thing to do really.

I was playing around with my new combustion today(first one ive even done anything with in over a year) and I think my chamber is way to big. I used 2" and 3" ABS with all the proper ends and such, the chamber from reducer to screw on cap thingy is 8 1/4" inches(didn's make measurements when it was made just picked a spot and cut) with a 33" barrel. The only good shot I got blew my piezo out and my barrel off but the duct-tape and sand ball went about 500'.
Not hijacking the thread but mine does the not firing thing to so eh.
