oh my god that is beautiful. Just out of curiosity, most of the solenoids I saw around amazon were maxed out at or below 200 PSI. Is your feed outputting in that range also?

Edit: Nvm, just re-watched the video and realized it wasn't a solenoid . Anyways, would still like to know.

It is a 5/2 solenoid valve. I was only using 4bar (+-60PSI)

 60? Were you just testing the setup at that pressure or does the gun actually operate at 60 PSI? I mean even with a huge chamber I can't see how 60 PSI has any power behind it. What projectile are you shooting? Velocity?

At 60 PSI this shots hotter than my AEG with 360FPS (o.25g bbs)

.25g... so 6mm? So this is for airsoft I'm guessing, I thought you were gonna go hunting with this . But still, 360 FPS at 60 PSI, that's impressive. Good stuff.

hmm I'm not much of an expert in the airsoft field but, as far as shooting long distance goes, whats the effective range of your build? Say you upped the pressure a bit, and then you get like 500 FPS. Does that mean it'll shoot further AND maintain accuracy?

With 500 FPS will get you further, but I have never head of >80m confirmed "kill". A lot amateur players says rubbishes like "200m with 1000FPS" tho.
With a 0.48g BB with respectable velocity, it can be accurate. Back in the day with homemade launchers, I managed to hit a i inch pipe form 60m away on a windless day.
