Disable pin

Trying to add a Stun gun on my supper soaker but I need to bypass the disable pin because I don't need a handle tied to my hand with water mixing with electricity any suggestions :!:

If you don't want to mix electricity and water why are you attaching a stun gun to a super soaker?
